Abstract

Abstract:

This research discusses innovative strategies in writing instruction with a focus on developing students' language literacy skills. In the evolving context of writing education, it is important to identify effective teaching strategies to improve students' writing skills. This article presents a study that proposes a research-based strategy to achieve this goal. The research method used was a qualitative approach. Data were collected through classroom observation, interviews with students and teachers, and document analysis. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of innovative strategies in improving students' writing skills and analyze the practical implications of the implementation of these strategies. The results show that innovative strategies in writing instruction are effective in improving students' language literacy skills. Students showed significant improvement in their writing ability, as well as higher interest in learning to write. In addition, teachers reported positive experiences in implementing innovative strategies in their teaching. The practical implications of this study highlight the importance of developing teaching approaches that are responsive to students' needs as well as utilizing technology as an effective learning tool. By paying attention to the practical implications resulting from this study, teachers can develop more effective teaching practices in improving students' language literacy skills.
