The study is grounded in the importance of Islamic educational leadership that is not merely administrative in orientation, but also emphasizes moral exemplarity, spirituality, and character development among students. This research employed a qualitative approach using a case study design. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation involving the principal, teachers, and various school cultural activities. The analysis applied an integrative normative-empirical model linking thematic Qur’anic interpretation with the practical implementation of Islamic educational leadership in the school context. The findings reveal that prophetic leadership is manifested through the values of siddiq (truthfulness), amanah (trustworthiness), tabligh (communicativeness), and fathanah (wisdom), which are integrated into communication patterns, decision-making processes, character development, and the organizational culture of the school. The principal and teachers function not only as educational administrators but also as moral role models through disciplined worship practices, polite communication, greeting culture, and a humanistic approach grounded in consultation (shura). Furthermore, the implementation of prophetic leadership contributes to the formation of a religious school culture through spiritual habituation, mentoring, and the reinforcement of students’ ethical conduct. This study confirms that prophetic leadership contributes significantly to shaping students who are religious, disciplined, responsible, and socially empathetic. Penelitian<br>dilatarbelakangi oleh kebutuhan lembaga pendidikan Islam terhadap sistem perencanaan<br>yang tidak hanya bersifat administratif, tetapi juga mampu mengintegrasikan nilai<br>spiritual, evaluatif, produktif, dan keberlanjutan pendidikan. Penelitian menggunakan<br>pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian kepustakaan (library research). Data<br>diperoleh melalui studi dokumentasi terhadap ayat Al-Qur’an, kitab tafsir, jurnal ilmiah<br>bereputasi, buku, dan berbagai literatur akademik yang relevan. Analisis data dilakukan<br>menggunakan teknik content analysis dengan pendekatan tafsir maudhu’i melalui tahapan<br>reduksi data, kategorisasi tema, interpretasi ayat, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil<br>penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan pendidikan berbasis tafsir maudhu’i<br>memiliki dimensi strategis, spiritual, evaluatif, produktif, dan transformasional. QS. Al-<br>Anfal ayat 60 menekankan pentingnya kesiapan dan penguatan sumber daya manusia, QS.<br>Al-Hasyr ayat 18 menegaskan budaya evaluasi dan quality assurance, sedangkan QS. Al-<br>Insyirah ayat 7 menekankan produktivitas dan keberlanjutan pendidikan. However, in practice, the execution of collateral through auction mechanisms often gives rise to legal issues, particularly when the sale of the collateral object is conducted below the predetermined limit price. This study aims to examine the forms of unlawful acts in the execution of the sale of collateral below the limit price and to analyze the legal protection available for debtors in such circumstances.</p> <p>The research method used is normative legal research (doctrinal legal research) with a normative juridical approach. Data were collected through a literature study derived from primary legal materials such as the Civil Code, the Mortgage Law, and the Minister of Finance Regulations on Auctions, as well as secondary legal materials in the form of legal literature and scientific journals. The main object of this study is the Decision of the Parigi District Court Number 29/Pdt.G/2021/PN Prg.</p> <p>The results of the study indicate that the sale of collateral below the limit price, which is not based on a proper valuation and does not comply with the prescribed procedures, can be classified as an unlawful act because it contradicts the principles of propriety, prudence, and justice. The institution applies a gender-based learning system through the separation of school buildings, classrooms, and teaching staff according to students’ gender. This research employed a qualitative method with a case study approach to gain an in-depth understanding of segregated learning practices within the context of Islamic education. Research data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, and were subsequently analyzed using descriptive-interpretative techniques. The findings reveal that the implementation of classroom segregation-based learning contributes positively to both the learning process and students’ educational outcomes. First, the segregation system enhances students’ learning concentration and active participation by minimizing cross-gender social distractions, thereby creating a more conducive classroom environment. Second, segregated learning strengthens students’ academic self-confidence in asking questions, engaging in discussions, and expressing opinions during the learning process. Third, this system contributes to the development of Islamic character and student discipline through the reinforcement of moral values, ethical conduct, and behavioral control aligned with the culture of pesantren-based education.
