Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran inovasi pendidikan digital dalam meningkatkan outcome pembelajaran di era Industri 4.0 serta mengidentifikasi tantangan dan solusi implementasinya. Era Industri 4.0 ditandai dengan pesatnya perkembangan teknologi yang mengubah berbagai aspek kehidupan, termasuk sektor pendidikan. Tuntutan global menekankan pentingnya penerapan teknologi digital untuk menciptakan sistem pembelajaran yang efektif, fleksibel, dan berorientasi pada kompetensi. Inovasi pendidikan digital seperti e-learning, virtual reality (VR), artificial intelligence (AI), dan learning management systems (LMS) telah membuka peluang untuk meningkatkan kualitas proses pembelajaran dan hasil belajar peserta didik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan metode analisis literatur dari berbagai sumber ilmiah terkini serta data empiris terkait implementasi teknologi dalam pendidikan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan digital berkontribusi signifikan terhadap peningkatan kompetensi kognitif, keterampilan praktis, dan partisipasi aktif peserta didik dalam proses belajar. Namun, tantangan masih ditemukan, seperti keterbatasan infrastruktur teknologi, rendahnya literasi digital pendidik, dan ketimpangan akses teknologi di berbagai wilayah. Solusi strategis meliputi penguatan kebijakan pendidikan digital, program pelatihan guru secara berkelanjutan, serta pemerataan akses terhadap teknologi informasi. Dengan kolaborasi antara pemerintah, institusi pendidikan, dan masyarakat, inovasi pendidikan digital dapat dioptimalkan untuk mendukung tercapainya outcome pembelajaran yang lebih baik dan merata di era Industri 4.0.

This research aims to analyze the role of digital education innovation in improving learning outcomes in the Industry 4.0 era and identify challenges and solutions for its implementation. The Industry 4.0 era is marked by the rapid development of technology that changes various aspects of life, including the education sector. Global demands emphasize the importance of applying digital technology to create an effective, flexible, and competency-oriented learning system. Digital education innovations such as e-learning, virtual reality (VR), artificial intelligence (AI), and learning management systems (LMS) have opened up opportunities to improve the quality of the learning process and student learning outcomes. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach with literature analysis methods from various latest scientific sources and empirical data related to the implementation of technology in education. The results of the study show that digital education contributes significantly to the improvement of cognitive competence, practical skills, and active participation of students in the learning process. However, challenges are still found, such as limited technological infrastructure, low digital literacy of educators, and inequality in access to technology in various regions. Strategic solutions include strengthening digital education policies, ongoing teacher training programs, and equitable access to information technology. With collaboration between the government, educational institutions, and the community, digital education innovation can be optimized to support the achievement of better and more equitable learning outcomes in the Industry 4.0 era.
