Abstract:
This research was conducted to determine: (1) the effect of work stress and work environment simultaneously on the performance of cleaning services. Moh Noer hospital Pamekasan. (2) the variable that has the most dominant influence between work stress and work environment on the performance of cleaning services. Moh Noer hospital Pamekasan. This study uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study is the cleaning service section of the hospital. Moh. Noer Pamekasan as many as 36 people. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that (1) work stress and work environment simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on employee performance with (F) a positive value of 53,672 and (sig.) 0.000, less than 0.05. (2) The work environment is a variable that has a more dominant effect on employee performance with a coefficient value of 0.527 or 52.7%. This means that the second hypothesis that the researcher proposed is accepted.
