This research explains the implementation of digital banking by sharia banks as a way to retain their customers during the Covid-19 pandemic. The economic slowdown due to Covid-19 has resulted in reduced payment activity in sharia banking. However, it also has a positive impact by encouraging the acceleration of technology adoption in the digital financial sector. Using qualitative descriptive analysis techniques, this research tries to explain the condition of digital banking in Islamic banks during the Covid-19 pandemic where all data in this research is produced and presented with descriptive explanations. The results of this research show that Islamic banks are trying to optimize the application of digital banking in their operations to retain customers during the Covid-19 pandemic. This is in line with the widespread use of digital instruments during the pandemic which makes digital economic and financial transactions easier and continues to develop. Sharia banking is expected to be able to innovate and optimize the use of digital banking to mitigate the risk of the impact of Covid-19.
