This study aims to determine the process of profit-sharing agreements and their implementation by fishermen in Camplong District, Sampang Regency. The data analysis technique used was descriptive qualitative analysis. Primary data collection was conducted through interviews and documentation. The results indicate that the profit-sharing agreement between the boat owner and the workers is executed by a single person known as the boat and ship coordinator. The agreement used is an oral agreement. The profit-sharing agreement is distributed after the catch is complete. The proportion given to the workers is calculated based on the size of the catch. If the catch is 15 drums, the workers only receive 3 drums. Furthermore, if there are losses in the management of the boat and ship, the managers are also responsible for covering the losses. This indicates that the implementation of profit-sharing in Camplong District does not align with the mudharabah contract from an Islamic economic perspective
