SYSTEMATIC LITERATUR REVIEW: FILOSOFI FUNGSI-FUNGSI OPERASIONAL MANAJEMEN PENDIDIKAN

Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk menyampaikan terkait filosofi fungsi-fungsi operasional manjemen Pendidikan, Dimana Manajemen pendidikan bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan sumber daya, melaksanakan kebijakan pendidikan, dan memastikan kelancaran operasional lembaga pendidikan.. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian Systematic Literature Review (SLR) yang dapat didefinisikan sebagai proses mengidentifikasi, menilai dan menafsirkan semua bukti penelitian yang tersedia dengan tujuan untuk menyediakan jawaban untuk pertanyaan penelitian secara spesifik. Artikel-artikel yang relevan dikumpulkan dari portal Google scholar melalui alur PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Item for Systematic Reviews and Meta-analyses). Kemudian dilakukan analisis isi secara deskriptif. Hasil yang ditemukan menunjukkan bahwa hal terlihat bahwa manajemen tidak saja hanya mengatur hal-hal yang berkenaan dengan urusan intern organisasi, akan tetapi urusan ekstern juga menjadi medan kerja manajemen. Teori ini sangat tepat mengingat stakeholders, sebuah organisasi tidak saja anggota yang ada dalam organisasi tersebut. Akan tetapi seluruh pihak-pihak yang terkait di luar organisasi menjadi bagian yang tidak tampak dalam kegiatan organisasi tersebut.

Abstract:

This paper aims to convey the philosophy of the operational functions of education management, where education management aims to optimize resources, implement educational policies, and ensure the smooth operation of educational institutions. This study uses the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) research method which can be defined as the process of identifying, assessing and interpreting all available research evidence with the aim of providing answers to specific research questions. Relevant articles are collected from the Google scholar portal through the Preferred Reporting Item for Systematic Reviews and Meta-analyses (PRISMA) channel. Then a descriptive content analysis is carried out. The results found show that it can be seen that management not only regulates matters related to the internal affairs of the organization, but external affairs also become the field of work of management. This theory is very appropriate considering that stakeholders, an organization is not only a member of the organization. However, all parties involved outside the organization become an invisible part of the organization's activities.
